📌 Return & Refund Policy
 At TheKapdewale your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ve made returns simple and transparent.
✅ Return Conditions
You can request a return if:
• The return is initiated within 5 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items
• Used or worn items
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Final sale or customized items
🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your order and place a new one.
💰 Refund Options
1️⃣ Orders Returned Due to Our Mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged product)
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method, or you can choose to receive it to your UPI ID or QR code (details will be collected after we receive and verify the returned product).
2️⃣ Orders Returned for Any Other Reason (e.g., size issue, changed mind)
• Prepaid Orders: Refund can be issued to your UPI ID or credited to your Wallet.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be credited to your Wallet only.
o Note: If a COD customer wants a refund to a bank account or UPI instead of wallet credit, ₹100 will be deducted as return and handling charges.
📦 Return Process
• Reverse Pickup: Available in most areas.
• Self-Ship: If pickup isn’t available, you can return the product via any post office. Courier charges will be reimbursed once the parcel is received and verified.
⏱ Refund Timeline
• Refunds or wallet credits are issued within 24 hours after the return is received and passes the quality check.
• Wallet credits can be used immediately for your next purchase.
